When you call your MIDO, and you should, you can let them know you have the data from this site and you have requested the 8050-1 form from ASC. (269-781-4021)

For AB the MIDO sends a letter like this  AB Cover Letter

Also tell them that you have the following from the ASC web site:

You can find your FAA Manufacturing Inspection District Office (MIDO)  from the following list

You should call your MIDO in order for them to know that more DARs are needed. If you cannot find a close DAR it is because not enough of us have started the process and informed the FAA of teh need.    Go to ELSA appl.  for more details.
